Our Team

Lena Kersch is an associate at Schima Mayer Starlinger Attorneys at Law.

Her work is focussed on assisting national and international companies on matters of Austrian and European Competition, Antitrust and State Aid Law.

Lena completed her legal education at the Law Faculty of the University of Vienna and attended some of her courses at the London School of Economics and Political Sciences (LSE) in the UK. In addition to her education, Lena has expanded her experience through various traineeships at national and international law firms as well as during her internship at the Austrian Federal Competition Authority (BWB). After completing her clerkship at the jurisdictional district of the Higher Regional Court Vienna in 2021 she began her legal career as an associate in the Antitrust Law team of a renowned international commercial law firm in Vienna.
