Georg Schima heads the team for corporate law, corporate governance, litigation and arbitration. His expertise is renowned especially in corporate governance issues of joint stock companies, in the banking sector, as well as private foundation law.
The highly reputed advisory service in complex matters of corporate law and foundation law, in corporate governance as well as executive and supervisory board issues will also be continued and expanded after the merger.
