Family businesses are one of the driving forces in Austria’s economy. It is our special concern to support them. We are specialized in the representation of entrepreneurial families and their partners, lay the legal foundations for a successful generation change, draft inheritance and property law agreements and develop endowment solutions. A special focus is foundation governance. We advise donors, foundations and advisory boards as well as beneficiaries in conflicts of interest and also represent in court proceedings.
