Disputes are not our goal. Dispute resolution therefore starts with avoidance of dispute. We always try to enforce the interests of our clients without lengthy and costly trials. If a process can not be avoided, we analyze opportunities and risks at first. In case we have to conduct lawsuits concerning litigation or arbitration we act with all our international experience and a well-rehearsed team.
