Our Team

Christian Gruber, LL.M., MA, is an associate in the team of sms.law partner Markus Dax.

His work is focused on assisting clients on various matters related to real estate, tenancy, construction, and building contract law. He primarily advises on the drafting of contracts for residential and rental properties.

Christian completed his legal education at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration. Subsequently, he successfully completed his court year and obtained his master’s degree in real estate management.

Before joining Schima Mayer Starlinger Rechtsanwälte, he gained valuable experience in the real estate sector, including real estate management.
