Magdalena Kainz is an associate at Schima Mayer Starlinger Attorneys at Law.
Her work focuses on assisting national and international clients in the areas of employment law, medical malpractice law, family and inheritance law, damages, general civil law, as well as all aspects of gambling law.
Magdalena completed her legal education at the Law Faculty of the University of Vienna. During her studies, she gained experience in both national and international law firms, as well as through an internship at the Austrian Economic Delegation in Zurich. After completing her clerkship at the jurisdictional district of the Higher Regional Court in Vienna in 2022, she began her career as an associate in a renowned, internationally active business law firm in Vienna.
