Daniel Theiner is an associate at Schima Mayer Starlinger Attorneys at Law and part of the sms.law employment law team.

He completed his legal education studying business law at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration. After gaining valuable experience through various internships and completing his judicial clerkship in the district of the Vienna Higher Regional Court he started his career as an associate at sms.law.
