Welcome aboard Maximilian Eder
We are very excited to announce that Dr. Maximilian Eder has joiend the team around sms.law partner Philipp Gamauf as an associate and will be advising companies on various areas of Austrian and international business law. His work focuses on civil law, corporate law/M&A, litigation, and real estate law.
Maximilian Eder completed his legal education at the Faculty of Law at the University of Graz, where he also worked as university assistant at the Institute of Civil Law. After completing his court practice in the district of the Higher Regional Court Graz, he gained relevant experience working in a well-known Austrian law firm and at the Austrian Embassy – Commercial Section in Tel Aviv.
Additionally, he is the author of numerous publications on corporate and civil law and is a speaker at conferences and events both domestically and internationally.
