Thomas Starlinger as Lecturer at Energy Talks Ossiach 2017
At Energy Talks Ossiach 2017, Thomas Starlinger spoke on the topic “The legal framework in Germany-Austria-Switzerland is being reintroduced” on 2nd June at Stift Ossiach.
His presentation provided insights into the EU Clean Energy Package and the room for interpretation contained therein. Thomas Starlinger showed the actual national changes of the legal framework and any limits or necessary changes when implementing price zones or “nodal pricing”. Moreover, Thomas Starlinger dealt with the limitations of using data according to the national and European data protection laws.
