sms.law – New Name, Same Trusted Structure: Starlinger Mayer Rechtsanwält:innen GmbH
Vienna, July 7, 2025 – As of July 2025, the former law firm Schima Mayer Starlinger Rechtsanwälte GmbH will operate under its new name: Starlinger Mayer Rechtsanwält:innen GmbH. Externally, the firm will continue to use the brand sms.law.
The renaming follows the amicable departure of one of the firm’s name partners and marks the next step in the firm’s evolution – with a clear focus on specialization, independence, and a trusted partnership: Name partners Thomas Starlinger and Christian Mayer share a long-standing history, which began back in 2015 with the founding of Starlinger Mayer Rechtsanwälte.
